The minimum and maximum salaries for this job role are below:

Minimum Salary - 72,000.00  

Maximum Salary - 90,000.00  

The Role:

Aspen Insurance, is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join their team in Rocky Hill, CT. This role is integral to the delivery of an excellent and cost-effective management information service to Underwriting Services US Insurance Team Heads and other relevant stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for risk and exposure recording, regulatory and compliance reporting, strategic reports that drive decision-making processes, and underwriting management information. What you'll do:

As a Senior Operations Analyst at Aspen Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering an excellent management information service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include using your reporting development skills to contribute to the design of operational team plans, providing system expertise to develop a comprehensive reporting suite, assisting in the delivery of Aspen's insurance processes, maintaining electronic files, providing guidance to the offshore team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing key stakeholder reports. Your ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively will be crucial in this role.

• Use reporting development and analytical skills to contribute to the design and implementation of operational team plans
• Determine personal work priorities in line with agreed plans
• Provide system expertise to develop a reporting suite that demonstrates plan execution
• Assist in the delivery and future development of Aspen’s Insurance processes and systems
• Maintain electronic files in a logical and accessible manner
• Provide strong alignment and guidance to the offshore team
• Ensure awareness of and compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements
• Prepare insurance sector information for key stakeholders
• Record underwriting policy information in core systems

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Operations Analyst role at Aspen Insurance brings extensive experience in insurance operations along with expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You are adept at producing detailed reports at various levels and have strong data analysis skills which you utilize for decision-making.
